Terms of Service

Filevert converts files you upload and returns the result in Telegram. We provide the service on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Conversions may occasionally fail; when they do, we'll either retry or let you know.

Don't use the bot to:

• Process files you don't have the right to process (copyright infringement, stolen content).
• Process illegal content (CSAM, content promoting violence against specific groups, etc.).
• Evade rate limits, automate abuse, or overload the service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a good-faith security report.

We reserve the right to rate-limit or block accounts that abuse the service.

You own your files. We don't claim rights to them. We access them only to run the conversion you request and delete them within 1 hour (see Privacy Policy).

All operations on files up to 20 MB are free. Larger files and compute-heavy operations cost tokens (1 Telegram Star = 1 token). Every new user receives 20 welcome tokens. Tokens are purchased via Telegram Stars in token packs.

• Token purchases are one-time — there are no subscriptions or auto-renewals.
• Refunds are handled by Telegram under its Stars policy. We follow Telegram's rulings on disputes.
• We may adjust token pricing going forward; changes apply to future purchases, not retroactively.

Filevert is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for lost files or time — keep your own originals. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You can stop using the bot at any time. We can suspend access if the terms are violated. Unused token balance is non-refundable except where required by law or Telegram's own policies. If the violation involves illegal content, we may terminate immediately.
