❓ Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between .jpg and .jpeg?
Nothing — they're the same format with two extensions. We treat them identically.
Can I convert multiple JPGs at once?
Not in the web interface today — one file at a time. For batch, use our Telegram bot.
Will quality drop if I just convert format?
Converting to a lossless target (PNG, WebP-lossless) preserves the source perfectly. Converting to another lossy format (HEIC, low-quality WebP) introduces a second compression step — usually invisible.
Are my files private?
Files are deleted within 1 hour and never shared. Conversion happens on our servers, not in your browser.
